The zootz core team is home to a pragmatic art-historian, an inventive businessman, a quirky entrepreneur, a smart urban designer and a creative industrial designer.
Reginald (MBA) is managing partner and consultant at zootz since 2003. Inventive advice and precise execution are central in his work. After his Business Administration education (TH Rijswijk and University of Groningen) he worked as a marketing and sponsor employee at the Nederlands Dans Theater, subsequently he worked as PR consultant at Van Hulzen PR Consultants. “I approach every assignment as if it is a contest; which I already managed to win as a toddler.”
Bart is our graphic gastronome. After graduating at the Graphics Lyceum of Utrecht in 2006, Bart started off in newspapers but quickly switched to Witteveen+Bos, where he learned a great deal. A wide interest persuaded him to work as a freelancer, allowing him space for exotic travels as well. In the zootz-team he’s excessively particular about details. Paper, screen, business card or abri poster. Everything is measured to the last millimetre or pixel; no client will lay eyes on it before perfection is achieved. Deadline? That’ll put Bart in eight gear!
With the arrival of Roderick (ir.) in 2015, zootz has affirmed its versatility. Graduated from Hogeschool van Hall Larenstein & Birmingham City University, Roderick congenitally is a landscape designer. Here at zootz he fulfils both roles as a designer and project manager. zootz comes up with the most creative solutions, and Roderick pulls of everything with ease and flair, others do not realize how much work it takes to actually make it happen!
As team rookie and just graduated from Fontys in Tilburg, Shanine applies her knowledge from her Communication, international event, music and entertainment studies in practice as a project manager. With years of experience as a ski instructor at all levels, she knows like no other how she has to answer to wishes and expectations of the customer.
Julie (MA) came to strengthen the zootz-team in 2007 as consultant. Concept and strategy are leading in her work. After her Art History and Archeology Degree -specialized in Architecture- at the Utrecht University she worked at advertising agency BMB (Amsterdam) and afterwards over six years at the Central Museum of Utrecht and the Museon in The Hague.

Snatched from our brother DPI is Wendy - with her training at the Willem de Kooning Academie and the Master painters course at Royal Delft and Vrije Academie - one of our visual specialists. She goes straight to the core of the message and then makes sure that it is designed to perfection. No style or technique is hereby shunned or feared. That Master painter title was earned for a reason.
Since 2006 Bram (MSc.) is consultant, project manager and designer at zootz. His strength lays in clear phrasing and visualizing complex concepts. Bram graduated in Urban Design at the Delft University of Technology. After working on diverse communication projects he worked at Kraaijvanger Urbis Architects for eight years.

Milou (MA) is an advisor, project manager and editor at zootz. After graduating Communications at the University of Tilburg, she decided to specialize even more and to take up a Master's degree in Editing at the University of Amsterdam. Milou worked as a communication specialist in the IT sector for over five years. She started at our ‘baby brother’ DPI Animation House In 2016, and later switched to zootz. Now she’s in charge of all of our copy.
In 2002 Hank (drs.) assigned all advice activities from DPI Animation House to zootz. Entrepreneurship, visual language and imaging are the focal points in his advice. Hank studied Business Economics at the VU University Amsterdam.
